Each tablet contains: 1000mg calcium (calcium carbonate is used) and 800IU vitamin D3

Calcium plays a structural role in bones and teeth, and vitamin D3 makes calcium more easily absorbed. Absorbing enough calcium can help bone development and maintain bone density.

Adults: Take once a day, chew or take one tablet each time; take before or after meals; or as directed by your doctor.
If you have kidney stones, do not take this product.
Must be stored out of reach of children.
