Peach gum, snow swallow and sapodilla rice combination 150g
 Ingredients: peach gum (Yunnan), snow swallow (Myanmar), snow lotus seeds (Yunnan)

 Add other ingredients as you like: red dates, longan, lotus seeds, snow fungus, rock sugar
 Cooking method:
 1. Soak peach gum and snow fungus separately in advance and remove impurities.
 2. Wash the snow lotus seeds and put them into the pot. Pour in appropriate amount of water and cook until the snow lotus seeds become transparent.
 3. Add rock sugar, peach gum and snow fungus, cook until the rock sugar melts, then remove from the pot.
